My Work

I'm Sage and this is my family.

I'm obsessed with turning moments into memories. When I first had my kids, I learnt first hand just how important it was to lock in the memories. Sleep deprivation isn't kind to my memory, and I find SO much joy in looking over images of my kids growing up. I adore imperfection in photos, and images that really capture how I felt in a moment. How the love felt, how the tiny arms wrapped around my neck felt, how the overwhelm and tiredness felt. I want it all.

From the age of 15, I modelled both in Australia and overseas, living in Milan, Athens and London pursuing a modelling career. I came back to Australia to finish my studies in Law and Commerce, and went on to start and sell a company called Golden Grind. I also worked in and went on to part own WINK Models, an Australian wide talent agency representing models and actors. Then I had my two babies, Louie + Coco and wanted to do something that allowed me be present for them, whilst also filling my cup. And thus, Studio Sage was born in 2024, and I've never been happier. Combining all my experiences to truly understand what it's like on both sides of the camera, as well as what makes an image memorable.

The early days

I adore capturing babies just after their earthside arrival. The tiny toes, the scrunch, the milk drunk cuddles and fart smiles, I just love all of it.
